Using bold flavors and locally sourced ingredients we created a modern twist on BBQ and smoked meats with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Our menu offers smoked meats from pork belly and brisket to vegetarian options like our tofu tacos, all served on house-made naan bread. We also offer a selection of seasonal salads and veggie bowls along with our daily specials.

Cinder is a full service, elevated casual dining experience with plenty of indoor and outdoor options. We’ll open our garage door on warmer days and light the fire pits on the colder ones. We are dog friendly outside with on-site parking and plenty of room for the entire family.
